How it works

How it works

  1. Care partner

    The care partner creates an account with an email and password, then adds the patient and their medicines.

  2. Care partner

    The app gives the care partner a one-time code for the patient.

  3. Patient

    The patient enters the code on their own phone to sign in, receives reminders and records each dose.

  4. Care partner

    The care partner sees updates and alerts on their own phone.

HealthSync works fully on a phone alone. An optional HealthSync medicine box with LED indicators can be paired to light the compartment for the dose that is due.
